Empowerment Coaching
As an empowerment coach, I believe each individual has the power within themselves to change their reality. If you want to unleash the strength within you to accomplish your goals, I might be the coach for you. Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in control of one's life. It is gaining freedom and power to do what you want and control what happens to you.
My program is about release, healing, and accountability. I help you uncover what may be holding you back and work with you to create a plan to overcome that. In my coaching, I balance our world's realities with the inherent belief that we are more powerful than we often believe. It's a program that focuses on reflection, intention, and growth. My style is grounded, friendly, and honest. I don't believe in having all the answers or the binary of situations. I trust you are the expert on yourself, and I'm merely a guide to support you on your journey.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Leadership Coaching
As organizations hope to advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, one significant barrier is ill-equipped leaders to support this work. All successful organizational change happens when leaders are committed and intentional about their actions. Self-work is critical here.
As a DEI Coach, I can work with leaders at all levels to support their DEI journey. My program creates space for leaders to ask difficult questions about themselves and their beliefs. It's rooted in accountability, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. It focuses on identifying key areas that may challenge leaders and helps them overcome what's holding them back from supporting this work more fully.
