Our Story
Dynamic Transformations takes a human centered approach, meeting you exactly where you are. Through coaching and consultancy, we bring the tools, knowledge, and capacity to you.
After experiencing multiple diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workshops and trainings that just didn't meet the mark, we knew that this work could be done differently. More effectively, with more impact. And so, Dynamic Transformations was born.
We want to change the status quo. As DEI work becomes a hot topic for organizations, Dynamic Transformations is seeking to change the narrative around what real change looks like. We hope to reimagine what transformation can be, while helping others to see the importance of doing this work.
